Program

What will ICEF13 look like?

As the population of the world increases and some consumers become more affluent while others are malnourished, feeding the world’s population with safe, nutritious and affordable foods across the globe using finite resources is a challenge.

The food supply chain is becoming increasingly complex and for its sustainable growth, it is important to take an integrated systems approach across the whole supply chain and the transfer of technology advances and innovations into industrial applications remains a challenge. ICEF13 will address ‘The Application and Integration of Food Engineering Innovations across the Food Supply Chain’.
